Respect for the personal needs of the client and modern design, along with functionalism, dictates the way we work on every project.
An indispensable element of the architectural composition is the bioclimatic design. Given that we choose those strategies that lead to energy efficiency and self sustainability. As a result, the appropriate ecological balance between built and physical environment is achieved.
We make suggestions that correspond to our clients’ wishes, while pursuing a complete and elegant result, at a reasonable cost.
Furthermore, quality in construction is a non-negotiable goal for us, which is why we strictly collaborate with experienced and specialized workmenand we use certified materials solely.
To sum up, our uncompromising principles are represented by the four architectural principles as stated during the Renaissance by the Italian architect, Leone Battista Alberti:
- necessity: the alignment of construction with the laws of physics and engineering
- convenience: is expressed by the fulfillment of a common social need
- allure: the ability of architects to express- in their own way- ”poetics” of the built environment, that derives from the inner pleasure of the expression of the feeling of beauty
- Eco-friendly concepts: buildingconstruction that aims at saving energy, as well as using eco-friendly materials
“Ace Design” is constantly in contact with the clientele. Our goal is to facilitate each client to determine his needs and satisfy them through our experience in the most efficient way.
